For notions and professional tools, MWS is way better than Mood, especially if you're looking for industry-specific things. Mood is more about fabric.

They're different beasts. MWS is your go-to for all the *supplies* around costuming and makeup. Mood is king for actual *fabrics*. So depends what you need.

I bought some makeup but it's not the right shade, still sealed though. Can I return it, or is makeup usually final sale?

If it's sealed and unused, you should be fine. I've returned sealed makeup before with no issues. They're pretty good about that.

Opened makeup is usually a no-go for returns everywhere, but if it's still sealed you have a much better chance. Check their return policy on the site, I think they state it clearly there.
